Our History
Broach Bilt Manufacturing was founded on a simple but powerful idea—creating a business that allowed for more time with family. That vision led Sara to step away from her corporate career and build something of her own. Family remains a cornerstone of who we are, both personally and professionally, and continues to shape the way we operate and support our team.BBM was built on a commitment to exceptional customer service and a drive to consistently meet and exceed expectations. From the beginning, we have empowered our employees to take ownership in our processes, contributing to a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.Founded by Sara Lee Broach and Dwight Broach in April 1990, BBM began in their home—right at the kitchen table. Starting with connectorizing power supplies, the company quickly grew into a small facility in Plano, Texas. Within the first year, operations expanded into component salvage and manual circuit board assembly. By 1991, with the addition of SMT equipment, BBM entered automated manufacturing and moved into a larger 3,000-square-foot facility.

Today, BBM, Inc. operates as a trusted electronics manufacturing partner with a 20,000-square-foot facility in McKinney, Texas, supported by a skilled and dedicated team. Under the leadership of CEO Sara Lee Broach, we continue to invest in advanced equipment and processes to deliver high-quality circuit board assemblies and complete manufacturing solutions.We believe a company is measured by its word.
