Sara Broach
Chief Executive Officer
Although I have operated in all departments over the last 36 years, my specialty is administrative oversight. I hold an accounting degree after attending Arizona Western College, DCCC, CCCC, and UTD. I have been married for a lifetime and have three sons and six grandchildren.
Dwight Broach
Co-Founder and Technical Sales
I am Dwight Broach, co-founder of Broach Bilt Manufacturing, which has been in business for 36 years. I oversee the Sales and Human Resource departments and support the initial applications for our electronic assembly applications. My education is junior college, vocational school, military aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, purchasing, and sales. I have been married for 44 years with three children and a bunch of grands. Two of my children work at the company in management roles.
Jared Broach
Chief Operating Officer
My name is Jared Broach, and although I was just a child when my parents founded BBM, I’ve been learning and growing alongside the company ever since. Over the years, my responsibilities have grown from toys in the breakroom to leading operations through the coordination of people, processes, and technology—but my passion and commitment to excellence have never wavered.
That early exposure sparked a lasting interest in making and understanding things. I went on to earn a degree in Business from the University of North Texas and have been working full-time with BBM since 2009. Today, I’m very involved in day-to-day operations and still enjoy figuring out how things work at a detailed level.
Outside of work, I’m happily married to the love of my life, my best friend, who by the grace of God has blessed me beyond what I deserve. We do have a beautiful daughter who is as kind and beautiful as her momma. Perhaps she will be the next generation in charge as we charge forward with BBM to last another lifetime. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time in nature with my family.
Nic Broach
Director of Business Development
My name is Nic Broach, and I have been in the Sales arena since 2010. I have electronics manufacturing experience dating back to the mid-90s and have been able to apply that hands-on experience in the world of sales. I studied and acquired degrees in accounting, finance, and general business at the University of North Texas, Midwestern State University, and Collin College. I am happily married with 3 beautiful children. I love working with and meeting new people, so Sales is the place for me!
